 C’è una cosa che mi affascina ogni giorno e che non mi stanca mai. I profumi. Entrare in casa e sentire il profumo della pietanze. Mi fa sentire amata, coccolata. C’è una cosa che mi affascina ogni giorno e che non mi stanca mai: i profumi. Entrare in casa e sentire il profumo della pietanze. Mi fa sentire amata, coccolata.
Mi piace aprire la porta, e provare a indovinare "cosa bolle in pentola".
Perché seppur gli ingredienti di base sono semplici o comunque possono sembrare ripetitivi, ciò che trasforma una semplice lista della spesa in un profumino stuzzicante è l’amore di chi sta in cucina.
La ricetta seguente è semplice nei suoi ingredienti e nella realizzazione, l’ingrediente segreto è la vostra passione.


In una casseruola fate fondere il burro; quando ancora non frigge, unite i filetti di manzo e lasciateli rosolare a fuoco moderato.
Spruzzate la carne con il cognac e quando sarà evaporato, bagnatela con mezzo bicchiere d’acqua calda e un pò di sale. 
Portate a termine la cottura dei filetti e aggiungete un pò di pepe quando saranno cotti.
